Social Media Marketing

As the Social Media Specialist, I was responsible for managing all active social media channels for Rescue Marketing and its clients across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok. From creating content calendars and writing in-depth channel strategies to generating content and scheduling, I was responsible for all social media tasks.

YouTube quickly became Rescue Marketing’s priority channel as an outlet to share digital marketing tutorials and tips with small business owners, freelancers, and students. I helped grow the channel and was responsible for all the backend work. The YouTube publication process included brainstorming video ideas, video keyword research, writing captions, and titles, helping with thumbnail design, and manually adding chapters and tags.

I was able to utilize the following skills and tools: social media marketing, keyword research, strategy development, digital design, YouTube Studio, and VidIQ.

Social Media Analytics

Rescue Marketing launched its YouTube channel in March 2023. Since posting the first video, the YouTube channel has proven to been one of Rescue Marketing’s strongest channels.

These videos required me to perform topic research, write a script, record the voiceover, source and create b-roll, perform YouTube keyword research, and publish the video with the processes I had developed with my team.
